From Cape Town the road runs north through the Cederberg into the silence of the Kalahari, then on into Namibia for dune days at Walvis Bay, the Skeleton Coast and Damaraland. Botswana’s waterways and salt pans follow, then Victoria Falls, the granite hills of Zimbabwe and the shores of Lake Malawi, before western Tanzania delivers the finish in Arusha. Borders are prepared in advance, permits arranged, and daily stages balance distance with time to pause. Accommodation focuses on characterful lodges and small camps chosen for their location and calm.

Navigation runs on the offline roadbook with live tracking, while the organisation stays active in the background. Convoy etiquette keeps dust and wildlife in mind, and vehicle checks are scheduled at sensible intervals.
